Project Details
The developers of this site, Chiofaro Co. and Prudential Real Estate are proposing twin towers totaling 1.3 million square feet that will include a hotel, condos, commercial office and retail space. The towers are proposed to be 650 ft. and 550 ft. tall. The developers have publicly presented this depiction of the project.
A third party has engaged consultants who have published some photos that depict what the garage site looks like, as proposed, from the ground as the skyline photograph above may not depict the full picture. Some of the photos released are as follows:
