Hook Lobster Project

The James Hook Co. family owns one of Atlantic Avenue’s last vacant downtown waterfront parcels and hopes to be able to deliver Boston more than just lobster rolls and seafood.

The seafood family is proposing a 22-story glass tower along the Boston Harbor, which would include a 9,000-square-foot Hook restaurant on the ground floor, according to a Boston Globe report. The restaurant would offer outdoor dining and waterfront seating.
