The Project is an approximately 67,000 sf, twelve-story residential building that includes approximately 44 residential units and approximately 4,000 sf of commercial space on the ground floor and mezzanine level that is anticipated to consist of either a retail or restaurant use. The Project has no below-grade space.  No on-site parking.
